Alfred Klitgaard
Alfred Klitgaard was originally trained as a cabinet maker, but he gave up furniture and threw his love into small boxes and other useful items made of wood. It is characteristic of Klitgaard's jewelry boxes and all the other boxes he makes that they are not designed in strange shapes - they are just square, as boxes usually are. Boxes in absolute top quality. One of AK's special features of craftmanship are the wood-hinges made without the use of visible metal.

Henning Koppel
Henning Koppel (1918-1981) is responsible for what we have come to think of as “Danish design". Henning Koppel showed an early talent for art, leading him to train in both drawing and aquarelle early on. He continued studies in sculpture at the Royal Danish Academy and later in Paris and began collaborating with Georg Jensen in 1946. His superb drafting skills, developed as a child, helped him in to produce outstanding product renderings of his designs. During his life, he won many awards including the Milan Triennial, the International Design Award and the Lunning Prize..
